Yoga for Mind and Body
Integrating body, mind, heart and soul in accordance with the ancient tradition and practice of yoga.
Ellen Turini, owner of Yoga Stillness, began her journey toward the practice of yoga many years ago in a dance studio, while studying classical ballet. It was a natural progression as both - ballet and yoga - provide training in several vital components of physical well-being (i.e., postural alignment, flexibility and muscular strength.) The study of yoga added relaxation and spiritual development as potential benefits.
Ellen is a certified yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance Association at the 200-hour level, and a member of the Kripalu Yoga Teacher's Association. Ellen has been teaching yoga since 2004 as a Yoga Pathways (Devdasi) Certified Yoga Teacher following in the tradition of Amrit Yoga.
